ABIR BAJAJ
STARTED IT HERE.

Abir Bajaj founded Built 4 More to connect high school basketball players with elementary students—leadership through mentorship, not another camp.

He started as a high school player who saw what older teammates could offer younger kids—and believed every elementary student deserved that same investment from someone just a few years ahead.

He's still involved today: building the Mentor Corps, training high school leaders, and making sure every session stays kid-first—confidence and character before highlights.

TEACHING K–5 ON THE COURT

NOT BABYSITTERS. MENTORS.

Elementary kids listen differently to someone closer to their age—less intimidating, more relatable.

High school mentors grow too: patience, communication, and responsibility they carry back to their team.

Basketball is the shared language—drills, games, and huddles that feel like fun, not a lecture.

  • On a school or club basketball team (JV or varsity)
  • Ready to show up weekly for elementary sessions
  • Trained on leadership, safety, and how to teach young kids
  • Supported by adult staff—not left on their own
“The kid I mentor asked me to help with his crossover. I realized I'm a leader now—not just a player.”
